We prepare dishes with proximity and artisanal products, that in most cases, we try to buy to local producers, as is the case of beer, cider, cheese, yogurt, sausages and meats among others.
We cook typical Aranese dishes such as “La Olla Aranesa”, boar stew and sweet crepes. In addition to traditional cooking, we use new culinary techniques such as vacuum cooking and low temperature that allow us to improve the nutritional and organoleptic characteristics of food.
